Claiborne Senior Living is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide direct resident care in a supportive senior living environment, upholding dignity and independence for each resident.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with CNA scope of practice.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Measure and document vital signs and resident observations.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safety.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
