Job summary

Maple Landing Assisted Living in Mapleton, Utah, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant-ALF to support residents under supervision of the Resident Care Coordinator. Duties include activities of daily living, meal assistance, and documentation according to care plans.

Qualified candidates will have a valid CNA license, High school diploma, CPR/BLS certification, and a current Food Handler Permit where required. Prior SNF/ALF experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (required or preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable).
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• At least one year of SNF/ALF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides CNA services to assigned residents per care plans and supervisor guidance.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining room services and meal intake documentation.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and tracks intake.
• Documents weight and health changes per facility policy.
