Job summary

Heritage Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care in line with resident care plans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily nursing care and services according to assessments and care plans.
• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, and observation of food intake.
• Measure and record vital signs as directed by Charge Nurse.
• Detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries.
• Contribute knowledge of residents' conditions to care plans.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to Charge Nurse.
