As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our long-term care facility. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide individualized care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Provide basic care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Participate in resident care planning and implementation
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal resident outcomes
Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff
