Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing to clients in their homes.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Administer medications and adhere to proper medication management procedures.
• Record and report any changes in client’s condition to the nurse supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client, following infection control protocols.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Follow the client's individualized care plan, as directed by the nurse supervisor.
