Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide in-home personal care, household support, and companionship to clients in Mecklenburg, Union, and Anson counties.

You’ll follow a nurse's plan of care, perform ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, exercise support, and monitor vital signs while traveling to clients’ homes. BAYADA offers meaningful work, flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of work experience.
• Completed a recognized CNA training course and be certified to work as a CNA.
• Commitment to compassionate, private home care and patient dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, household support, and companion care per plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Meal preparation, medication reminders, and vital sign checks.
• Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
