Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care to clients in Mecklenburg, Union, and Anson counties. You will perform personal care, homemaker tasks, and companionship to help adults stay safe and independent at home.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of experience, CNA training, and a genuine passion for home care. BAYADA supports flexible schedules, ongoing training, and a team-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience in caregiving.
• Recognized CNA training course and certification.
• Empathy, patience, and respect for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living according to plan of care.
• Offer household support and companionship to help clients live safely at home.
• Assist with meal preparation, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervising RN.
