Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to care for residents in a warm, home-like setting. You’ll assist with daily activities, document care, and report changes to the team while delivering emotional support and meaningful engagement.

The position emphasizes resident-centered care with a focus on dignity, safety, and quality of life, backed by robust benefits and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Document care provided and report health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engage residents with meaningful activities and emotional support.
• Provide care with strong customer service to ensure meaningful experiences.
• Perform other duties as needed by the team.
