Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a warm, home-like environment. You will deliver care to residents, assist with ADLs, and provide emotional support while documenting care and reporting changes to staff. Requirements include a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license.

Experience preferred but not required; dementia care experience desired. Benefits include holidays, meal program, training, uniforms, referral bonuses, health and retirement

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Dementia care experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed
