Job summary

Elwyn seeks a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support individuals with personal care, nutrition, and restorative activities. You will assist with mobility, monitoring, and daily living tasks in a compassionate, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certificate is required.
• Maintain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care activities (bathing, dressing, toileting) and nutritional support.
• Assist with restorative activities and mobility using devices and transfers.
• Monitor vital signs and document findings in the chart.
• Maintain documentation (TAR, progress notes, incident reports).
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and order in living areas and participate in team meetings.
