Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing in Virginia
• Previous long-term care or senior living experience preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor
• Assist residents with daily care including bathing, grooming and hygiene
• Change gowns and linens and keep residents dry
• Assist with bowel and bladder functions and mobility
