Qualifications
- CNA certification is required.
- Minn. Driver's license is required upon hire.
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year in home health care or related health care field.
Responsibilities
- Provides personal care for elderly, convalescent or disabled persons.
- Assists with activities of daily living and ADLs.
- Documents timely and accurately and reports changes to supervisor.
- Performs housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and shopping as needed.
- Maintains infection control and safety policies.
