Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare in Missouri seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to support patients in home health, hospice, residential and private duty settings. You will assist with personal care, monitor health, and work closely with nurses to ensure comfort and safety.

Requires CNA certification or Home Health Aide in state, completion of approved training or 6 months experience, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, valid driver's license, and 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a CNA or Home Health Aide in the state of care.
• Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide.
• Must be able to utilize body mechanics and lift up to 75 lbs; able to sit, stand, walk for periods.

Responsibilities

• Assists nurses by performing basic care activities for personal needs and comfort.
• Dresses, grooms, bathes, feeds patients and records vital signs.
• Responds to call lights, assists in toileting, oral and nail care; helps with mobility and transfers.
• Provides simple or uncomplicated patient care and reports changes to nurses.
• Cleans rooms and changes bed linens; follows physician or nurse directives for medications.
