Qualifications

• Current New Jersey CNA certification.
• Compassionate, dependable and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or home health welcomed but newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply.
• Genuine passion for serving older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support residents with mobility, personal care, dressing, and bathing.
• Build meaningful relationships while encouraging independence.
• Monitor residents and communicate changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel at home.
• Collaborate with nurses and caregivers to deliver exceptional care.
