Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor resident day-to-day changes and work with the Nurse to update the Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
