Job summary
SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) seeks a dedicated CNA to provide basic nursing care in Acute Care/Long Term Care settings for adult and geriatric patients. The role requires lifting/non-ambulatory patient assistance, safe environment maintenance, and collaboration with licensed nurses.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate from an accredited program.
- Current Alaska CNA license (unrestricted).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 3 months of hire and renewed biannually.
Responsibilities
- Provide general nursing care to adult and geriatric patients under LN supervision.
- Assist with activities of daily living including bed baths, mobility, eating, and hygiene.
- Monitor vital signs and observe/record patient condition; report changes to the LN.
- Assist with patient transfers, transports, and medevac preparation when required.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and proper infection control; manage supplies and equipment.
