Focused Post Acute Care Partners is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our Mount Pleasant, TX team. The CNA will assist residents with activities of daily living, promote independence and dignity, and support a safe, caring environment under the supervision of the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must hold a current Texas Nurse Aide certification.
• Must be in good standing on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety and comfort.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Follow the charge nurse's assignment schedule.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene.
• Provide feeding assistance and monitoring as needed.
• Utilize PointClickCare for charting and documentation.
