Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to join our team in Texas. The CARE-focused role supports residents with daily living activities, ensuring safety and dignity. The C.N.A.

will bathe, groom, dress, assist with feeding, and document care in the EMR under the supervision of a charge nurse. Requirements include a Texas CNA certification and current good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry and Misconduct Registry, plus ability to communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Texas Nurse Aide certification.
• In good standing on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry and Misconduct Registry.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence.
• Perform bathing, grooming, nail care, and dressing.
• Follow the charge nurse's assignment schedule.
• Assist or feed residents and provide incontinent care as needed.
• Maintain resident safety and a clean, dry environment.
• Utilize electronic medical records charting (PointClickCare).
