Focused Post Acute Care Partners FPACP is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide at Focused Care at Orange, TX. The role supports residents with daily living activities and promotes independence while joining a team celebrated with the ROCKStar recognition program and DailyPay option.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must have current Nurse Aide certification in the state of Texas.
• Must be in good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry in Texas and Misconduct Registry.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Follow the charge nurse's assigned schedule.
• Lift, move, and transfer residents as required.
• Answer call lights promptly and assist or feed residents.
• Keep residents clean and dry and provide incontinent care.
• Provide a safe and protective environment for residents.
• Utilize electronic medical records (PointClickCare).
