Job summary

Resolve Diamondback is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Skilled Nursing team in Phoenix, AZ. You will assist residents with daily living activities and provide dignified, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Reliable, patient-focused, and compassionate.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and transfers.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Support mobility, repositioning, and fall prevention.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate resident care.
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.
• Document care accurately per facility guidelines.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
