Job summary

Phoenix Staffing Solutions is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team and provide outstanding support to patients in various healthcare settings. You will work under the supervision of nursing staff to ensure patient comfort, dignity, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a safe environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with BLS certification considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Massachusetts.
• 6 months’ previous experience in a healthcare setting is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Help patients with mobility and transportation within the facility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
