Job summary

Resolve Solutions-Diamondback is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the night shift (NOC). The ideal candidate holds a valid CNA license, has reliable transportation, and is committed to delivering excellent patient care on-site at our Phoenix facility.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, assisting with ADLs, monitoring conditions, and maintaining a clean, safe environment while supporting the nursing team with various tasks.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CNA license.
• Minimum 2 years of CNA experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff during the night shift.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Support the nursing team with various clinical and non-clinical tasks as needed.
