Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide for full-time day and night shifts in Palestine, TX. The role involves direct resident care, supporting daily living activities, and ensuring safety and dignity for residents in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications include a current Nurse Aide certification in good standing with the Texas registry, a high school diploma or GED, and clear communication in English. Equal opportunity employment provided.

Qualifications

• Must have current Nurse Aide certification and be in good standing with the State of Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in order to promote resident independence and dignity.
• To assure resident safety.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, nail care of any residents assigned
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required
• Answer call lights in a timely manner
• Assist or feed residents
• Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents
• Other duties as assigned
