Health Dimensions Group, Inc is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Assisted Living community in Wisconsin. Openings exist on all three shifts, with a focus on compassionate, hands-on care for residents and a commitment to hospitality and integrity.

As a CNA, you will support daily living activities, monitor residents’ well-being, and collaborate with licensed staff to deliver high-quality care. Competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide person-centered, respectful, and timely care.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including ADLs.
• Assist with monitoring vital signs and documenting health data.
• Observe and report changes to licensed nursing staff.
• Support rehabilitative and restorative activities as directed by the care team.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietary staff, therapists, and leadership.
