Job summary

Bridgewater Retirement Community is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to be the heart of the care we provide. Our CNAs support residents with daily living activities and engage meaningfully across campus, delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Virginia (or eligibility to transfer certification from another state).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care and emotional support.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Collaborate with nurses and household teams to create a warm, home-like environment.
