Job summary

Bridgewater Park Health and Rehabilitation is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate resident care in a full-time position. You will assist with bathing, feeding, and daily living activities, while documenting care and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State CNA certification in good standing required; Indiana transfer rules may apply.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Excel/Word helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist feeding, provide water and snacks, and transfer residents per care plan.
• Respond promptly to call lights and requests for assistance.
• Maintain resident rooms and personal belongings; keep environment clean.
• Observe changes in appetite, skin, or behavior and report them.
