Job summary

Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Health Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in New Jersey to join a dedicated care team. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with daily pay options and shifts across 7 AM-3 PM, 3 PM-11 PM, and 11 PM-7 AM.

As a CNA, you will assist with daily living activities, provide compassionate care under supervision, monitor residents, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment. NJ CNA license required; competitive pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
