Spring Grove Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking CNAs to join our compassionate care team. Must hold an active NJ CNA license and CPR/BLS certification. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem roles with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment (New Jersey).
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linen changes).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support nursing staff and care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
