Job summary

Mill Brook Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide hands-on care for residents in a 152-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting. Opportunities are available for full-time and part-time schedules with daily pay and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion and commitment to high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and promote dignity and well-being.
• Support care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
