Job summary

Watertown Health Care Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing environment. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily activities, and ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Nursing Assistant Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care following individual care plans.
• Perform CNA duties such as grooming, bathing, feeding and toileting.
• Monitor residents’ condition and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain residents’ rights, dignity, and safety at all times.
• Assist with admissions and transfers and escort residents to appointments.
• Complete required CNA records and follow infection control procedures.
