Job summary

Presbyterian SeniorCare Network seeks a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for the Southmont skilled nursing unit in Washington, PA. The role supports residents with daily care and participates in short-term rehab plans within a compassionate, home-like setting.

The position offers Full-time, Part-time or Casual opportunities with flexible shifts. Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $23.00 per hour, non-exempt, with benefits and perks. Training and career growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Certificate in good standing with Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry.
• High School diploma or GED or must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to use a computer or laptop for documentation purposes.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Basic Life Support Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and related services per each resident’s assessment and plan of care.
• Contribute to short-term rehabilitation as part of the care team (PT/OT/SLP as indicated).
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and documentation of care.
• Collaborate with nurses, social workers, families and doctors to personalize care plans.
