Presbyterian SeniorCare Network in Washington, PA is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for the Skilled Nursing Premium Weekend Program. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt role offers 1st or 2nd shifts and pays $24.00 per hour.

As part of a team delivering person-centered care, CNAs support residents’ daily needs and participate in rehab services; strong bedside manners, reliability, and basic computer skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Certificate in good standing with Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry.
• High School diploma or GED; 18+ years old.
• Ability to use computer for documentation.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per resident plans and assessments.
• Assist with activities of daily living and rehab activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report changes to team.

Premium Program Rate: $24.00/hour

The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) completes specialized training in areas of leadership, mentoring and person-centered care. Nursing care and nursing related services are provided to residents and patients according to each resident’s/patient’s comprehensive assessment and plan of care. All resident/patient care is provided in a manner that meets the resident’s/patient’s physical, mental and psychosocial needs and enables the individual to attain and maintain the highest practical level of functioning.

Requirements For The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
