Oak Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking both seasoned and newly graduated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team in Scranton, PA. The facility focuses on short-stay rehab and long-term care, offering a supportive environment and opportunities to provide compassionate direct care.

As a CNA, you will assist with ADL tasks, monitor residents, document vital signs, observe safety and infection control procedures, and collaborate with nurses to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of an accredited CNA Course.
• PA CNA Certification is required.
• PA state licensure as a Registered Nurse is noted in the job description.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADL services: bathing, grooming, dressing, meals.
• Document vital signs, weight, meal intake, bowel and bladder.
• Assist with Restorative Nursing duties and lift/transfer residents.
• Answer call lights promptly and observe safety policies.
• Maintain infection control procedures and observe confidentiality.
