Job summary

Lawrence Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join a compassionate team in a 120-bed setting. Roles include assisting residents with daily activities, providing hands-on care, and reporting changes to nurses to ensure safety and comfort.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities on 3p-11p or 11p-7a, plus Baylor Program shifts (7a-11p or 3p-7a). Daily Pay and benefits accompany competitive hourly wages of $20–$26.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Provide supportive care to meet physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
