• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in PA in good standing.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this role.
• Demonstrates kindness, respect, and good judgment toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents and assist with activities of daily living, hygiene, healthcare and comfort.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for residents.
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to prepare residents for therapy sessions and monitor care.
• Encourage resident participation in social programs and campus activities.
• Recognize and document changes in residents' condition and report to supervisor.
• Organize daily tasks to carry out duties efficiently.
