The Meadows at Lawrence, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, is hiring CNAs for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Earn $20–$26 per hour with daily pay options in a 60-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care setting that emphasizes dignity and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment promoting dignity.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
