Job summary

Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Edinburg is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with resident assessments and care plans.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, feeding, dressing and mobility, recording vital signs, and reporting changes to the Charge Nurse. A CNA license is required, and prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• The CNA will provide routine daily nursing care per assessments and care plans.
• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs and report to the Charge Nurse.
• Observe and report symptoms or changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Follow resident care policy and procedure.
