Magnolia Manor in Groves, Texas is actively hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate healthcare team. You will provide hands-on patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and help ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity in a skilled nursing setting.

Formación

• Active CNA certification required.
• Ability to lift, move and transfer patients safely.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques.
• Monitor, observe, and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Accurately document patient care and daily activities in accordance with regulations.
• Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment.
• Participate in shift handoffs, team communication, and ongoing training.
• Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures.
• Promote patient dignity, independence, and safety at all times.
