Job summary

Magnolia Manor in Groves, TX is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide direct patient care, assist with ADLs, and support patient safety and comfort under the Charge Nurse's guidance.

Qualifications

• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques.

• Accurately document patient care and daily activities per regulations.
• Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, infection-controlled environment.
• Ensure equipment is clean, charged, and functioning properly.
• Participate in shift handoffs and team communication.
