Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse’s Aide to support residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will help with daily activities, promote dignity and safety, and assist with daily living tasks as directed by the care team.

Qualified candidates will have a CNA certification preferred, a high school diploma or GED, and a passion for compassionate elder care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence and promote safety and dignity.
• Assist with activities of daily living as instructed.
