Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lakeland, FL is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to deliver compassionate resident care. The center emphasizes quality service, a supportive team environment, and flexible scheduling to accommodate staff needs.

Walk-in interviews are welcome Monday–Friday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The facility offers benefits including Daily Pay, health and dental coverage, paid time off, a 401(k), and telemedicine access for employees.

Formación

• Current and valid CNA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening required.

Responsabilidades

• Care for multiple residents in the facility and observe resident rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurses with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
