Job summary

Tampa Lakes Health & Rehabilitation Center – Lutz, FL is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Full-Time and Part-Time shifts. We offer daily pay, health insurance, PTO, and flexible scheduling in a 179-bed skilled nursing facility focused on individualized care.

Walk-in interviews are welcome Monday–Friday 10:30 AM–4:30 PM. We value dependable team players who help provide compassionate care and improve resident outcomes in short-stay, long-stay, and memory care settings.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents in the facility.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
