Job summary

CareBuilders at Home – Youngstown OH is seeking an empathetic CNA to provide personal care and support in clients' homes. You will follow each patient’s plan of care, take vital signs, and document care while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must complete state-approved CNA program and pass competency evaluation.
• Unrestricted CNA certification required.

• Delivers personal care per patient plan of care.
• Takes vital signs and documents per facility protocol.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Communicates effectively with team and supervisors.
