Job summary

Quinton's Global is looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Columbus, OH. You will assist patients with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and support their overall quality of life.

You will monitor vital signs, assist with hygiene, and communicate with nurses and physicians. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and able to advocate for patients while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Compassionate, respectful and ethical demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing needs.
• Support mobility, walking and basic physical therapy exercises.
• Provide adjunct patient care as needed.
• Monitor food intake and nutrition.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes.
• Collaborate with nurses and doctors and other health professionals.
