Job summary
Hireology is seeking a compassionate caregiver/CNA to join our team in Kentucky. The role focuses on one-on-one client care, including hygiene, mobility, medications reminders, meals, and daily living tasks.
The ideal candidate has healthcare or in-home care experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to health and safety. Evening or weekend availability and reliable transportation are required.
Qualifications
- Must enjoy one-on-one care and be eager to learn.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and assisting mobility.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation daily.
- Available for nights and/or weekends as needed.
- Minimum 1 year healthcare/home-care experience.
- Pride in providing high quality, compassionate care.
- Completion of CNA/HHA training or program preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal hygiene assistance and basic daily living tasks.
- Remind and assist with medications and mobility support.
- Assist with mobility to appointments, walks, and transfers.
- Plan and prepare meals and assist with physical therapy exercises.
- Complete shopping or accompany clients to run errands.
- Perform housekeeping duties and maintain a safe environment.
- Report unusual incidents and respond to emergencies promptly.
- Offer activities essential for daily living while assisting meals
