Qualifications

• Completion of state approved Nursing Assistant Program for the state in which the facility operates.
• Current certification and listing on the state Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and personal cares as directed by the LPN/RN.
• Take and record vital signs; assist with feeding, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards; document care accurately.
