Qualifications

• Current state CNA license (Certified Nursing Assistant)
• Active and current BLS and CPR certifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient personal care needs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning) as trained and per policy
• Assist with physician-ordered medications under RN supervision
• Ensure patient safety and comfort according to policy
• Monitor and report health conditions to maintain quality of care
