Garden Springs Healthcare in Ohio is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (STNA) with a valid Ohio license to join our compassionate care team. This in-person role supports patients with daily living activities, vital sign monitoring, and interaction with nurses and staff, across full-time or part-time shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a state‑tested nursing assistant license, good communication skills, and a practical, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of a state‑approved Nursing Assistant training course.
• Licensed to practice in Ohio.
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy ("bedside manner").

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including meals, turning and ambulating patients, and providing water and nourishment.
• Help patients with personal hygiene, bedpans, baths, shampoos, and showers.
• Provide adjunct care such as ice packs and therapeutic baths.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks safely and effectively.
• Maintain composure under pressure in critical situations.
