Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant for a skilled nursing facility in Ohio. You will provide direct resident care, emotional support, and uphold care plans under supervision to ensure comfort and safety.

The role requires an active Nursing Assistant certification or eligibility, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to participate in ongoing training. A full- and part-time schedule is available with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED or be actively enrolled in a high school program.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and offer emotional and social support while attending to the resident's physical needs and comfort in a SNF setting.
• Perform direct care to residents as assigned, in accordance with the resident’s care plan and supervisor directions.
• Follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies and nursing policies and procedures.
