Job summary

Mont Marie Rehabilitation is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate caregiving team in Holyoke, MA. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with daily pay and competitive hourly wages from $17 to $26.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, observe and report changes, and maintain a safe, dignified care environment under licensed supervision. BLS/ CPR required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in MA.
• BLS/ CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to promote dignity.
• Support care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
